The PEOPLE FIRST campaign will be based on my commitment to the citizens of District 29, that all of my votes, on their behalf, will be on protecting their personal liberties as our Constitution allows.” Additionally, Goodrich states, “I do not expect taxpayers to pay my government salary to serve them.
